The GREAT Leader Program is a career acceleration program at Danone Waters Indonesia for new graduates majoring in engineering or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience. This program will be focused on developing the ability of the engineers and engineering graduates who will be assigned as future leaders in AQUA’s factories and depots throughout Indonesia. It aims to do so by providing intensive training and guidance from experts in their fields.
